Prices as shown on the garden rooms and product pages when we checked.123 The garden offices page gave two different starting prices for a 3 x 3m room, so confirm the price in your quote.10 Tiger's discount codes don't apply to garden rooms.2
What's included
On the Certus and Nexus, the price includes installation, ground screw foundations, the mains power connection, sockets and lights, waste removal, standard delivery and a home survey.23 That's more than many companies include, so compare like with like. Extras such as air conditioning (£2,580 on the Nexus) cost more.3
The walls are about 200mm thick, with timber weatherboard, rockwool, plasterboard and skim, and the roof is a 225mm composite.1
Lead times and installation
Standard delivery is 4 to 6 weeks, with exceptions.2 Most sizes take 4 to 5 days to build, and large projects about two weeks.1 You arrange parking permits and access before the foundation and installation dates.4
Black Tiger log cabins
Tiger also sells Black Tiger insulated log cabins, with 70mm log walls and 100mm of insulation in the roof and floor, advertised with free professional installation.6 They cost less than the modular rooms but are a different kind of building. Read our insulation guide before you choose.
