Privacy notice
This notice explains what information we collect and what we do with it.
When you read the site
If you agree, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies in your browser and shares visit data with Google; we don't use it for advertising. If you choose "No thanks", Google Analytics doesn't set cookies. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. The planning checker and cost calculator run in your browser; we don't store what you enter.
When you ask for a shortlist
We collect the details you give us on the form: your name, email, postcode, phone number if you add it, and your project details. We use them to email you a shortlist of companies and to follow up about your project. We only share your details with a company if you ask us to introduce you to that company. We keep your request for up to 12 months, then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time by replying to any email we send you. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
