Green Retreats sells insulated garden rooms with a published price list, from £9,485 for the B-Range up to £63,090 for its annexe range. Ranges and prices
Green Retreats has five ranges. These are the starting prices on its price list:1

The quick-quote form on the garden rooms page shows the Annex from £81,745, which doesn't match the price list, so ask which figure applies to the room you want.8
What's included and what costs extra
- Included: installation and VAT. Ground screw foundations come with the G-Range and most other ranges.2
- Electrics: a standard pack with a consumer unit, three double sockets and an outside light. Running power from your house costs extra.2
- Extra on the B-Range: foundations.2
- Planning drawings: £200 each if you need them, non-refundable.2
The room has to sit at least 400mm from any solid obstacle, including your house.2 Its garden rooms aren't built to building regulations for living in; the Annex range is the one for that.2
Installation, lead times and payment
Installation on site takes about 2 to 5 days. Design consultations are usually booked 2 to 3 weeks ahead, and the company says lead times are longer than usual because of demand.2
You pay a £300 holding deposit, then 60% of the balance 6 weeks before the base goes in, 30% when construction ends and the last 10% on completion.2

- You want finance over up to 10 years.
Check carefully if:
- The insulation figures differ between ranges (the FAQ gives wall U-values from 0.31 to 0.47), so compare the spec of the range you're quoted, not the brand.2
- Connecting power from the house is extra.
- These garden rooms aren't built to building regulations for living in; the Annex range is.
