Ranges and prices
| Range | Prices | Walls |
|---|---|---|
| Prima garden offices | From £4,042 | Solid timber (44mm cited), with an insulated roof and floor3 |
| Log cabin offices | From £6,042 | 44 to 70mm timber; roof and floor insulation available3 |
| Linea | £9,687 to £21,810 | Multi-foil insulated walls, PU-insulated roof and floor; ThermoWood or larch cladding9 |
| Proline | £10,769 to £24,660 | Fully insulated, Tricoya cladding4 |
| Linea Living annexe | From £34,000 | Fully insulated4 |
A solid timber wall isn't the same as an insulated wall. If you want to work in the room through the winter, compare the Linea and Proline ranges, which have insulated walls as well as an insulated roof and floor, with the cheaper Prima and log cabin offices, and ask for U-values.
What's included and what costs extra
The Linea Medium price includes assembly by Garden Affairs and UK delivery by articulated lorry. The base and electrics are extra; the standard electrical package is £1,200.9 For other ranges, and on VAT, the website isn't clear, so get a written quote that lists what's included.
You prepare the level groundworks yourself, and you pay for any fixes if they're unsuitable.6 Free delivery by articulated lorry needs very good road access; other vehicles cost extra.1
Installation and payment
Most installations take under a week.2 You pay a 50% deposit with your order, refundable less an admin fee until manufacture starts, and the balance 7 days before delivery.6
Reviews
Garden Affairs has claimed its Trustpilot profile, but the profile showed no reviews when we checked.10 Its own website shows a rating of 4.8 out of 5 from 109 reviews without naming the review platform.5
